The Eagle runs on facts, not vibes.

When you chat with the Eagle, it only pulls from a small set of trusted, public sources: Congress.gov and the Plural Open Data project (formerly Open States). These are validated, official records of what your representatives actually do. The Eagle doesn't guess, and it doesn't make things up.

The Eagle is not a chatbot that spins up answers from the open internet. It's a guided assistant that searches a fixed set of trusted records and answers within that lane. It knows a lot about bills, votes, and who represents you, and nothing about anything else, on purpose. So don't ask it what happened to the reflecting pool. It wasn't there, it doesn't know.

The Eagle has no politics. It doesn't care which side you're on. It just feels better when people are informed, engaged, and demanding to be represented. A healthy Eagle means a citizen showing up. That's the whole deal.

How we handle your data

• You sign in with Apple. We never see your password, and you can hide your email if you want.

• What you tell the Eagle you care about stays on our own servers. We do not send it to any outside AI service.

• We do not sell your data. We don't track you across other apps. We don't collect your party registration or ask who you vote for.

• We may share aggregate, de-identified numbers, like the share of users who care about an issue, to show elected officials what people want. These never identify you.
