Age Suitability

Hungry Eagle is 13+

Hungry Eagle is designed for users ages 13 and older. Here is why it is appropriate for that audience.

What the app does. Hungry Eagle helps people take part in civic life based on the issues they care about. Users describe what matters to them in their own words. The app connects those interests to real legislation from official government sources, helps them understand it in plain language, and lets them message their own elected officials. It also offers curated, nonpartisan educational content about how government works.

Why it suits ages 13 and up. The content is civic and educational. It draws from official public sources: Congress.gov, the Plural / Open States legislative database, and the National Archives. It contains no violence, no sexual or suggestive content, no profanity, no alcohol, tobacco, or drug references, and no gambling. The Eagle is a guided assistant that answers only within a fixed set of trusted civic records. It is not an open-ended chatbot.

Nonpartisan by design. Hungry Eagle does not endorse candidates, parties, or positions. It does not collect party registration or ask users how they vote. Information is presented so young people can form their own views.

No open web access. The app links only to a curated set of trusted, nonpartisan civic resources. It does not offer open web browsing or unfiltered search.

No user-to-user contact. There is no social networking, public posting, or chat between users. Users communicate only with their own elected officials through an integrated messaging tool.

Advertising and privacy. The app does not use targeted advertising and does not track users across other apps. Users sign in with Apple, and we do not sell personal information. Full details are in our Privacy Policy at voterprime.org/privacy.

Minimum age. Users must be at least 13 years old. The app is not directed to children under 13.
